| I. GRANT OF
LICENSE. This License Agreement permits you to use one copy of the
specified version of the product contained on
contractsforthemusicindustry.com on any single computer, provided the
contract/Software is in use on only one computer at any time. If you
have multiple Licenses for the contract/Software, then at any time you may
have as many copies of the contract/Software in use as you have Licenses. |
| II. OTHER
RESTRICTIONS. You may not rent or lease the contract/Software, but you
may transfer the contract/Software and/or accompanying written materials on
a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to
the terms of this Agreement. |
| III. NO
OTHER WARRANTIES. Contractsforthemusicindustry.com disclaim all other
warranties, either express or implied including, but no limited to expressed
or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, with regard to the contracts/Software and any accompanying written
materials. |
| IV. NO
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. Contractsforthemusicindustry.com assumes no
risk and makes no guarantees of accuracy or correctness and is not
responsible for any liability incurred by the use of any material in this
Site or in any Software package. In no event shall
contractsforthemusicindustry.com be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, or any monetary loss)
arising out of the use of or inability to use these contracts/products.
